Job Summary Job Summary * "Recruiter customize based on specifications of the job." * Oversee the daily operation, coordination, execution, and support of the audiovisual systems and requirements of executive, educational, and routine meetings in a fast-paced, customer service focused conference center environment. Key Responsibilities: * Oversees testing, maintenance, asset management, operation, and tear down of audiovisual (AV) and videoconference (VTC) equipment; (e.g., video data projection systems, computers, audio- and videoconference equipment, microphones, video cameras, audio systems, and operation of integrated AV systems). * Provides best effort assistance to fulfill any audiovisual technical requirements as assigned. * Provides a monthly report containing room usage data, open action items, equipment maintenance, and upcoming preventive maintenance schedules. * Maintains the process used to create trouble tickets, customer issue resolution logs, and asset management. * Executes all aspects of videoconference support including call set up, end user training, troubleshooting, and follow through on escalation of issues. * Provides consultation and education to all levels of end users on presentation technologies. * Troubleshoots audiovisual and videoconferencing related technology (various projectors, control systems, audio and videoconferencing). * Maintains conference room integrity. * Performs regular preventive maintenance checks (e.g., either report or address issues such as cable management issues, safety standards noncompliance, etc.). * Escalates housekeeping and technical issues outside of AV and conferencing technology and applications to appropriate department. * Maintains understanding of current and new presentation technology. Position Summary: IQ Fiber is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Circuit Analyst to manage the circuit inventory, including ordering new circuits, submitting disconnects, and reviewing monthly charges. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to identify when new circuits are needed, facilitate negotiations with the carriers, and ensure circuits are turned up timely while also assisting the Finance and Accounting team with reconciling the carrier monthly invoices. This is a remote position within the U.S. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Maintain circuit inventory database, including tracking aloc, zloc, type of service, bill start data, contract end date, MRC, NRC, and any escalations. * Review carrier invoices for accuracy and provide Accounting proper coding for processing. * Work closely with the CTO and VP of Outside Plant to determine when new circuits need to be ordered, the route needed, and preferred pricing. * Work closely with the CTO to identify new datacenter or POP locations and order the circuits and cross-connects needed. * Submit carrier disconnects and ensure billing terminates in agreement with the terms of the contract. * Assist with submitting SLA requests for outages and verifying credit is received timely. * Maintain resale certificates with carrier to receive tax exemption services when applicable. * Reviews contracts against invoices to ensure compliance with prices and terms of payment. * Assist with month-end closing activities related to lease accounting, including reconciliations and accruals. * Performs ad hoc analysis and reporting to assist the accounting team in the development of budgets and forecasts. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a related field preferred. * At least five years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the telecommunications industry. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting standards. * Basic understanding of the telecommunication industry * Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
