Timmons Group is currently seeking a Survey Technician/Sr Survey Technician to join our Survey Group located in our Charlotte, NC office location. The Survey Technician assists in application of principles, methods and techniques of land surveying by performing the duties below.

Essential duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

* Preparation of cadastral, existing conditions and subdivision maps from field and office data using AutoCAD Civil Series software

* Working closely and collaboration with a dynamic team of experienced professionals

Education and/or Experience

* Bachelor or Associate degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Geography, Geospatial Information Sciences or related field or a minimum of three years of progressive survey field experience

* Experience working with GPS and 3D laser scanning a plus
