i worked from home
pay wasn't good, my commissions got stolen, management would yell at me etc

It was an amazing experience meeting hundreds of families and being able to approach and leave a good example of what a good salesman is

The great potential of renuevable energy industry
they have In house, in person training
They are looking for robots. They have a 24 page script that must be followed verbatim And you only have 2 weeks to memorize the entire script. I have been in the solar industry for 14 years and have countless awards for top producer out of a large category of sales representatives. I have a high passion for solar because I know it helps a lot of people I have Sold a lot of systems, although these trainers do not know the first thing about construction. Or solar, they just vomit words. The only people that have been there any time at all are the people that have become trainers because they cannot train. They cannot keep people employed. It is a very hostile working environment..
