Hazen currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Nashville Health Care Council, Federation of American Hospitals, and the HCA Foundation. Hazen earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Kentucky and his master’s degree in business administration from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
