It's a job in a town of low unemployment
Cons of working at Molex
The Management has no regards for workers. NO pay increases in 5 Plus years. Work, harder for less pay and benefits. You loose your self esteem. Want to quit

The only pro of working at Molex would be their interest in pursuing new technology.
Cons of working at Molex
Cons would be encompass everything. Bad culture, bad management, if you don't fit the mold of what the manager deems to the ideal employee you will be ostricized or they will paint the picture you are.
