Entry-level Computer (Miner) Technicians to join our mining operations team based in Chehalis, WA. Our mining operations team works together in a warehouse setting to prepare computer equipment (miners) for deployment in our industry-leading crypto currency immersion mining pods to our customer sites throughout the United States. This is an entry-level role critical to the success of our company where you will diagnose, troubleshoot, clean, and program computer equipment used in the mining of crypto currency. You will have the opportunity to gain experience and skills in technology and be involved in an innovative and emerging industry!
Requirements
No experience is necessary. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and have good fine motor skills (hand strength/dexterity) and hand-to-eye coordination. Experience in warehouse setting, example wrapping pallets, using a pallet jack, loading trucks, etc. Soldering experience is a plus as well as the ability to travel. Must pass pre-employment drug testing (we do not discriminate against cannabis in states where it is legal) and criminal history background check. Our ideal candidates are reliable individuals with a positive attitude who enjoy working with their hands. They can stay on task and easily switch between focused tasks, from gripping and working with small parts to physical labor tasks such as lifting and moving boxes, tools, and equipment.

* Must be alert to any conditions which could pose a safety hazard or result in injury or equipment breakdown or damage, and to report or correct such conditions immediately
* Must fill out the shift report for all machines they are instructed to operate with all required pertinent information.
* Makes minor repairs or adjustments to equipment as assigned and assist mechanics in major repairs as directed.
* Must be able to meet production standards while operating each required machine

* Floor heave is prevalent and may result in uneven floor conditions. Floors may also be polished by mobile equipment traffic resulting in slippery footing
* Some work must be done around machinery and equipment that is in motion as well as around energized power cables
* As with all work underground, this position requires attention be paid to roof and rib conditions
* Must be able to stand for long periods of time while operating machine
* Must be able to walk for long distances over terrain varying from soft to hard as well as slick and uneven
* Must be able to sit in operators' seat for long periods of time while operating the machine and being subject to whole body vibrations
* Must be able to use a shovel to clean up spillage and lift 5 feet
* Must be able to operate various machinery by manipulating multiple hand and foot control levers, sometimes simultaneously

* Must be able to ascend and descend a ladder of at least eight (8) feet in length
