The Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Lead Specialist is responsible for the execution and continuous improvement of the S&OP process within the Fluid Conveyance division. As the S&OP function and process ensures alignment between Materials, Operations, Sales, Product Management, and Finance, the Lead Specialist will lead those projects and drive those tasks which ensure that: Assets (materials/capacity) are positioned to meet business projections and growth goals.
