Manage caseload of no more than 10 clients
Write and submit treatment plans and treatment plan renewals as required for each insurance authorization period
Conduct initial skills assessment (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R)
Conduct FBAs and create behavior support plans
Provide supervision and instruction to direct staff on correct implementation of treatment goals
Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
Ensure fidelity of each client's treatment program and behavioral protocols
Oversee data collection by direct staff
Attend weekly team meetings
Provide parent training and support
Education and Experience
Education: master's degree
Licensures: Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA) and LBA / LABA (in required states)

Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Must be able to frequently assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) while attending to the needs of active children.

You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.

You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.

You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)

Responsibilities
Position Overview
Youth Villages hosts graduate level students for fall/ spring semesters in select locations across various community-based programs on a rolling basis. Our paid internships are typically for class credit or experience. Youth Villages' commitment to helping children and their families find success spans more than 30 years and includes a comprehensive array of programs and services including:

Master's level students are fully immersed in the treatment of youth and families, getting the opportunity to shadow and subsequently carry cases, and provide treatment interventions with oversight from a supervisor. Graduate level interns will have the opportunity to:
* Shadow counselors in home/ community based family sessions with a dedicated specialist
* Carry 2-3 cases and implement interventions
* Participate in treatment team and clinical consultations as well as individual supervision
* Assist with clinical assessments and documentation in our medical records system
* Access clinical trainings
* Provide transports as needed
Intern placement with a specific program within each office is determined during the interview process and depends on the current availability, the student's experience, and academic requirements of the program.

Requirements:
* Must be actively pursuing a Master's degree in the Social Services field from an accredited program
* Ability to commit to at least 3 days/ week for a minimum of 24 hours

About This Position
Broadmoor Nature Camp is seeking individuals to foster experiential nature-based learning for campers. We aim to promote positive youth development, stewardship for the environment, and a respectful and inclusive safe space for all our campers.
Duties & Responsibilities
Work with co-leaders to plan and facilitate a short hike or nature exploration, prepare and deliver snack, and supervise free play and structured activities like games, crafts and songs, for campers ages 4-14
Proactively communicate with caregivers and staff, and provide leadership for campers
Gather supplies, prepare materials, and set up program areas, if needed, before each program
Keep equipment and supplies clean and in working order
Create and maintain a physically and emotionally safe environment for campers and make independent safety decisions when needed
Assume additional related duties as requested
Assist in cleanup/organization at the end of each day
Qualifications

Participate in mandated, paid camp training and utilize learning including: natural history, communication, group management, health and safety, and teaching techniques
Be willing to be outdoors for three hours a day in most weather conditions
Physically access sanctuary terrain easily by foot
Ability to effectively interact with others, especially children, in camp's youth-centered environment
Ability to adapt to changes in schedule and work assignment
Desired Qualifications
Have strong interest or related education experience in Environmental Studies, Biology, Conservation, Education, or related field
Familiarity with regional natural history, wildlife conservation, or other applicable natural history topics

Compensation and Benefits
This position's pay range is $16.54-$18.75/hour. The range for this position is based on three levels that coincide with the candidate's level of experience, qualifications relative to position requirements, and/or location. This is not a benefits eligible position.
Work Schedule
Camp staff training will be held from June 12-20, 2025. Camp runs from June 23-August 15, 2025. Hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm during staff training and 2:00-5:30pm when camp is in session.
