The Security Officer is responsible for the safety and security of hospital grounds as well as of employees, patients and visitors. · Analyze OSINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, MASINT, and GEOINT reporting from a wide variety of sources provided by the Government to identify current and emerging threats, ascertain the degree and immediacy of those threats, and provide analysis concerning the future evolution of the threats.
· Perform database entry of pertinent intelligence reporting into the Sentinel database. Create, connect, and correlate new entities and records. Update existing records with fresh or corrected information.

Translate raw intelligence into actionable insights and reports for security teams
Collaborate with security operations, incident response, and IT teams to integrate threat intelligence into security processes
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with threat intelligence providers and industry organizations
Stay abreast of the latest cyber threat trends and developments
Provide threat briefings and security awareness to internal stakeholders
Develop and maintain threat intelligence processes and procedures
On occasion, provide extended shift coverage with minimal travel required.
Qualifications
Education and Years of Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering, Information/Network Security, Cyber Security or related field intelligence (CTI) or a related field OR equivalent experience in lieu of degree
6 years of expererience with 3-5 years in cyber threat intelligence
Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:
Proven experience in threat research, analysis, and reporting
Strong understanding of cyber threat actor motivations, TTPs, cyber kill chain, vulnerability threat intelligence, and MITRE ATT&CK framework
Experience working with threat intelligence platforms (TIPs) and other security tools
Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong desire to stay current on the evolving cyber threat landscape
Ability to develop or recommend analytic approaches or solutions to problems and situations for which information is incomplete or for which no precedent exists.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to take initiative and use prior knowledge and experience to understand new or unfamiliar security applications and open-source tools.
Ability to function in a collaborative environment, seeking continuous consultation with other analysts and experts-both internal and external to the organization-to leverage analytical and technical expertise.
At least one certification from the CSSP Incident Responder Category (CEH, CFR, CCNA Cyber Ops, CCNA-Security, CHFI, CySA+ **, GCFA, GCIH, SCYBER, PenTest+)

Who We Are Looking For
Under the general direction of the Embedded Intelligence Services (EIS) division and the Intelligence Manager, the embedded Intelligence Analyst II will support a multinational company's travel risk management program. The Analyst will work directly with the client, their Manager, and other Crisis24 employees to directly implement, and execute tasks related to the client's risk management program. The analyst will ideally be located at Crisis24's Annapolis office, and the role is currently hybrid.
What You Will Work On
Recognize and respond to crisis situations and initiate proactive action using independent judgment and professional training aligned with client standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Track and respond to travel reservations to high-risk destinations.
Track and respond to Crisis24's alerts and world events for client impact on travelers, assets, and operations.
Conduct employee and traveler safety check-ins.
Escalate intelligence and impact information to appropriate client stakeholders.
Using Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), produce succinct written and oral assessments that include beneficial analysis.
Understand the client's footprint and interests to anticipate client needs.
Support and develop client solutions, processes, and protocols.
Proactively leverage existing Crisis24 resources to address gaps in analyses, assessments, capabilities, and data.
Assist in producing specific briefings, presentations, communication documents, or policies.
Maintain client metrics and produce regular reports.
Suggest potential improvements to the program and SOPs to the EIS Manager.
Other duties as assigned within the scope of the dedicated client program.
Who You Will Work With
Under the general direction of Crisis24's Intelligence manager, the Intelligence Analyst II will work with the client's employees and EIS team, Crisis24 professionals, and other Crisis24 and client stakeholders. The Analyst will take directions from both Crisis24 management and the client.
What You Will Bring
3+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, threat assessment, incident response, security operations, or a related field required
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
Ability to adhere to timelines and deadlines with effective time management skills
Effective problem-solving and multi-tasking skills. Ability to take initiative, organize and prioritize work with little supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills required; accurate typing skills that require minimal editorial oversight
