Organizational Skills: Ability to stay on top of multiple tasks, whether it's calling the game or recording scores-focus is key! Physical Stamina: Be ready to move around the court or field, sometimes lifting up to 40 pounds or more. Flexibility and physical mobility are a must! Safety First: A keen eye for safety-whether you're checking the playing surface or making sure everyone's following the rules, safety is always top of mind. Customer Service: Your positive attitude and ability to stay calm in tough situations will help you handle even the most challenging player moments. Other Perks: Experience: Previous experience as an official, scorekeeper, or supervisor is a bonus, but we'll train you if you're new to the game! Age Requirement: You must be at least 14 years old to apply. Certification: Concussion training certification (NFHA or CDC) is a plus, but not required.
