Cons of working at MDI

No sleep and crazy hours. When you go to work for them they give you an employee number and that's all you are to them. A number.

Pros of working at MDI

This is not a good place to work.

Cons of working at MDI

Nepotism and favoritism run amok. Production goals are continually cut. Holidays removed in place of floating days which actually go by seniority. So you can spend Feb 12th with your family-just not July 4 or December 25. Jobs are most staffed by outside scam contractors. Schedule changes frequently. It's dangerous. There really is very little leadership, lots of managers though. I wouldn't be surprised if someone got killed here and the grieving family was sent a bill for biohazard cleanup.

MDI Benefits

Cheap stuff in the cafeteria. But that's usually leftovers not picked up by buyers, salespeople, and admin.
