While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. This would require the ability to bend or stoop as necessary. This position must be mobile throughout the facility and work on a computer for periods. Must be able to participate in youth-related activities during the workday, both inside and outside of facilities. Able to sit for periods while driving a company vehicle at distances necessary to transport youth. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time or part-time status dependent on the position hired. Hours of work vary depending on the assigned shift. Travel Other than transport duties, little to no travel is expected for this position. Required Education, Experience, or Eligibility Qualifications * High School diploma or equivalent * Minimum of one year of experience working in a residential or youth services field. C-V Ranch in Wilson, WY, seeks an Overnight Residential Mentor to work with students in a residential setting. Ensure students' safety.
