Description
We are looking for a Licensed Psychologist to perform medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.
In performing Disability Assessments, you will review behavioral health records electronically through a secure Web Portal and perform a comprehensive assessment in person on each Veteran.
You will also complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) through the Web Portal.
The Licensed Psychologist DOES NOT make disability determinations. The U.S. Veterans Administration makes all disability determinations, in part using the findings recorded in the DBQs.
This role ONLY performs Disability Assessments on Veterans. You will NOT treat, and you will NOT prescribe medication in this position.
Licensed Psychologist will review and assess 4 Veterans per day.
Licensed Psychologist will be brought on as an Independent Contractor
Schedule 5 days (8 am-4pm)
This is an IN-PERSON position.
Requirements

Responsibilities include:
Overseeing an inpatient caseload of 8-12 patients.
Developing behavior plans with goals and appropriate interventions to address any challenging behaviors presented by assigned patients. Provides training to Direct Care Staff on implementation of behavior plan and interventions. Updates behavior plans as necessary and provide training to Direct Care Staff on implementing behavioral interventions.
Participates as needed, depending on training, in completing psychological inpatient assessments for intellectual, academic, and adaptive functioning. Completes written psychological reports and discharge summaries as required for review by department Licensed Psychologists.
Participates in admission meetings, interim team meetings and discharge meetings. Documents appropriate information.

Participate in behavior staffing and medical staffing.
Attends department meetings and participates in committees as assigned.
Conducts parent training as needed.
Develops and conducts in-service training for Center staff as needed.
Monitors and completes Quality Assurance indicators as assigned by Department Director.
Provides behavioral support to patients attending Camp ClapHans. Participates in check-in procedures for camp sessions.
Required Education/Experience:
Candidate will have obtained an MS, MA, or M.Ed. in Counseling, Clinical, or School Psychology (including Community, School, Clinical, or Applied Counseling Tracks). Demonstrates ability in developing, writing and implementing tailored behavior plans utilizing positive behavioral supports. Preference will be given to those candidates with coursework in psychological testing to include minimally a graduate course in cognitive assessment (e.g., Wechsler, Stanford Binet) as well as other tests of behavioral adjustment (e.g., BASC), achievement (e.g., WIAT), and adaptive behavior (e.g., Vineland). Administering and interpreting psychological tests and writing psychological evaluations is preferred. Clinical supervision and training in testing will be provided as necessary.
Experience in working with children and adolescents, individuals with developmental disabilities, as well as trauma-focused therapies is desirable.

Description
We are looking for a Licensed Psychologist to perform medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.
In performing Disability Assessments, you will review behavioral health records electronically through a secure Web Portal and perform a comprehensive assessment in person on each Veteran.
You will also complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) through the Web Portal.
The Licensed Psychologist DOES NOT make disability determinations. The U.S. Veterans Administration makes all disability determinations, in part using the findings recorded in the DBQs.
This role ONLY performs Disability Assessments on Veterans. You will NOT treat, and you will NOT prescribe medication in this position.
Licensed Psychologist will review and assess 4 Veterans per day.
Licensed Psychologist will be brought on as an Independent Contractor
Schedule 5 days (8 am-4pm)
This is an IN-PERSON position.

The Physical Therapist is responsible for the ethical, cost effective management, delivery, documentation, and outcomes of professional physical therapy services to patients in accordance with an established physical plan of care and in compliance with all applicable licensure/certification requirements, profession physical therapy acts, federal, state and agency policies and procedures. The Physical Therapist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Interprets referrals; examines, evaluates, develops, and modifies physical therapy plan of care including anticipated goals and expected outcomes for patients

Home Health Only:
Plans for and provides skilled physical therapy treatment in the home, reassessing the patient's status on each visit and ensuring quality of care as documented in the clinical record

Reports to the assigned Manager or Director.
This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements. Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
Current Oklahoma Physical Therapy license OR be eligible for license in the state of Oklahoma AND able to practice under the Oklahoma Physical Therapy Practice Act. Must have completed licensure by 6 months after initial temporary license is issued. (Must present letter/permit proving eligibility upon hire.)
Current BLS or CPR certification upon hire or completion within 30 days of hire required
Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Verbal/Written)
Previous relevant work experience preferred.
Aquatics department prefers 2 years of experience and aquatic experience; Water safety certification required within 6 months of employment.
Hand Therapy department prefers Certified Hand Therapist. Therapy Resource Pool department prefers 2 years of experience.
Community Re-Entry prefers 2 years of experience in inpatient rehabilitation and ability to obtain commercial drivers license.
