This position will also provide grief workshops/seminars, grief support programming, resource information and referrals to other agencies as appropriate. This position is primarily office based and provides community grief support services to children, teens, adults, and families. Provides short term brief focused individual, group, and family grief counseling services to children, teens, adults, and families. Conducts intake assessments of children and families to determine eligibility for grief support services and group readiness Assesses need for counseling related to risk assessment for pathological grief, trauma informed care, risk of suicide, abuse, or neglect Mandated reporter in the event of child, adult or elder abuse.
