Provide (Monday reports), past due, and loans for maturity lists to Lenders weekly.
Maintain appropriate files and records such as collateral, insurance, reinscriptions, etc. Responsible for filing documents in collateral folders.
Maintain an exception list on all collateral files, supply each officer with a copy of his individual items, and follow up to ensure they are being corrected.
Responsible for hazard insurance policies, flood insurance, escrows.
Generate and review all loan documents for the lending staff, ensuring accurate documentation in order to minimize the banks risk. Review the documents against loan approval for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure all credit and disclosure packages meet quality and regulatory standards.
Respond to credit rating inquiries by phone and mail.
Make credit life reports and file claims as needed. Make entries, balance account, & make checks if needed for loans with credit life coverage.
Have mortgages and UCC's re- inscribed and maintain a tickler system. Process DMV documentation to profiect the Bank's lien position and monitor completion.
Monitor and balance loans in process and ensure all loans are listed on the loan pipeline report.
Pull all paid notes and collateral. Deliver to the customer the paid documents and get a receipt to document its transfer.
Process all participation payments.
Monitor and review loan printouts daily to ensure loans are booked properly. Check signatures, completeness of documents, and vouchers for missing documents, collateral and loan minutes for adherence to presentation.
Review new loan Flood Packets and submit to compliance for approval
Daily notices - print, sort, email, and mail out
Provide (Monday reports), past due, and loans for maturity lists to Lenders weekly.
Pull old insurance, reinscriptions, collateral documents no longer needed
Scan in new collateral related documents
Update navigator to show proper collateral position
Review NEW participation documents, book the loan and make sure the loan is entered correctly on the system
Verify and confirm legitimate reasons for reversing the late charges on the memo provided.
Make the entries and scan into the folder for the loan
Review cap lines of credit when the loans have forced placed insurance.
Back up Insurance Clerk and process non-accrual payments when needed for vacations, & etc.
