My team and the people I worked with.

Cons of working at MEDNAX

They were not very progressive, team specific not company specific. We were doing stuff on paper, not automated.

MEDNAX Benefits

Commute was short, company took away a lot of employee benefits due to so many changes and transformational expenses.

Pros of working at MEDNAX

Very flexible. The weekends are fast to be in and out of the hospitals if you have plans for the weekend.

Cons of working at MEDNAX

Not enough hours. I went from working 22 shifts in March to working 9 in April. We lost 3/5 hospitals.
