Essential Functions:
Facilitate patient intake process through introduction
Prepare patient for examination by Provider
Obtain and record vital signs including but not limited to blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, respirations, height, weight, drug allergies, current medications, and presenting problem.
Obtains medical information from patient and documents in medical record.
Document patient plan(s) of care, tests, and examination results in the medical record as directed by the Provider.
