Typical turn around for RFA is 48-72 hours. Application should be submitted within 5 days.

Analyze available programs, determine program eligibility, and assists with enrollment of such program as appropriate.
• Monitor communication channels as assigned and manage replies to ensure all metrics for timeliness and member experience success are met.
• Develop, write, and edit digital replies, which may involve coordination of health plan benefits knowledge, reference documents, member resources, insights from key stakeholders, and more to be determined.
• Follow communication “scripts” and/or templates as appropriate, ensuring the consumers' needs are clearly understood and resolved.

Graduation from accredited Medical Assisting from an accredited educational program and/or Medical Assistant Certification from Board approved Medical Assistant Organization
Experience:
2 years of experience working as a Medical Assistant in an outpatient clinical/medical office setting preferred
Licenses/Certification:

The specific job duties and benefits can vary between franchises. Job SummaryProvides general medical care under the direction of a licensed provider to patients in an outpatient clinic setting. Responsibilities
Obtain patient vitals, medical history, and reason for visit, and prepare the patient for a physical exam
Explain prescribed procedures and treatments to patients
Ensure all ordered tests are performed accurately and in a timely manner
Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with the approved procedure
Draw blood and preparation labs for reference lab processing and/or in-house processing
Perform laboratory tests, lab-quality controls, and equipment maintenance according to written instructions
Respond to all lab messages and call back requests
Perform all drug screening procedures in accordance with established rules and regulations
Ensure patient immunizations are well documented and administered in accordance with the approved procedure
Conduct physician referrals as well as service pre-certifications on an as-needed basis
Prepare exam rooms; sterilize instruments, equipment, and supplies for procedures
Maintain complete and accurate documentation
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
