Pros of working at Meda in the US

The few good people here that I've worked with. Most people that work at Mylan are narcissist. It's a very clique-ish culture and I've even heard it called "Mylan Highschool." With that being said there are SOME good people amongst the weeds.

Cons of working at Meda in the US

Mostly everything. Senior leadership are narcissistic and don't listen to the concerns of their global population. Lack of communication and work like balance. Strenuous and inefficient processes. The culture is very dark and depressing. Moral is very low and employees are afraid for their future.
