Working at Med-Fast Pharmacy

I like that my boss (pharmacist/owner) will tell us employees to give the customer extra refills on their Cll narcotics (Vicodin) and also fill them early if the customer pays cash. If a customer has 5 refills on there Cll narcotics, (Vicodin) the pharmacist/owner at will tell us to give the customer all 5 refills at once if the customer requests it and no real reason is needed. My boss (pharmacist/owner) at Med-Fast Pharmacy is very popular with drug users. This kind of activity and restocking of returned narcotics from nursing homes and such has been going on for years and long before they got caught doing so.

I didn't like that if you needed a day off my boss (owner/pharmacist) told us that we had better have a limb missing or a family member pass away if we needed time off. His logic was "if I can be here to work so can my employees". Some of my coworkers were very loyal and had been working there a long time and my boss (pharmacist/owner) would fire them for any little reason. The logic there was "you can be replaced easily, there is always someone to take your place".

The boss (pharmacist/owner) after a good week or any good reason to celebrate by gathering the men, give them some cash, and hire a limo to go all night bar hopping at strip bars. The night would end with breakfast in the morning after a good time.
