Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues related to large-scale assembly processes providing root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operations and meet production targets.
Ensure processes comply with quality standards and industry regulations.
Lead root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective actions.
Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and implement Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Specify, procure, and maintain equipment and tooling needed for large assembly processes.
Ensure all equipment meets safety and operational standards.
Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose action plans.
Work with design teams to ensure manufacturability of new products (DFM).
Liaise with supply chain teams to ensure timely material availability.

Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field and 3-6 years of related experience
7-10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering in lieu of a bachelor's degree, preferably in large-scale assembly.
Experience with hydraulic assemblies desired.
Knowledge of Fabrication, CNC and Welding a plus
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of assembly processes, tools, and techniques.
Proficiency in CAD software (Solid Edge/Solid Works preferred)
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, (LN preferred).
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working in a team-oriented environment.
Certifications (Preferred):
Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification.
Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE).
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds.
