Primary responsibilities:
Recommend and perform restoration on but not limited to engines, transmissions, body work, electrical, and suspension components consistent with Client factory standards.
Lead Sonder Wunsch Factory Re-Commission projects in alignment with our internal body, paint, and upholstery shops.
Perform maintenance services such major & minor services and repairs as well as Tire & wheel changes and additional services as necessary consistent with Client standards.

Interact as project lead with vehicle owning customers.
Perform final quality reviews including submission of inspection documents.
Ability to explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers.
Read test reports, accompanying map, maintenance and repair orders; find parts and available materials, Synchronize workflow and coordinate vehicle cycle and put together parts and material, visually check for identity and errors.
Create and support cost estimates for repairs including labor time and parts.
Plan work procedures, using charts, technical manuals, and check the quality parameters and completeness of the work carried out based on the content of procedures.
Examine vehicles to determine extent of damage or malfunctions.
Follow checklists to ensure all important parts are examined, including belts, hoses, steering systems, spark plugs, brake and fuel systems, wheel bearings, and other potentially troublesome areas.

Qualifications:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

What You'll Do:
Promote Safety. Take an active role in prioritizing safety throughout the operation for yourself and others at all times in accordance with MSHA and Vulcan standards.
Repair and Maintain Mobile Equipment. Service, repair, adjust, and test all mobile equipment that operates throughout the plant to maximize performance and limit downtime.
Inspect Equipment and Materials. Inspect all mobile equipment to identify and troubleshoot the cause of errors. Perform repairs to address problems when necessary.
Handle and Move Objects. Handle, install, position, and move parts, materials, and industrial hand tools in a safe manner throughout the shop and plant.
Document and Record Information. Ensure correct and accurate documentation is completed daily and monthly regarding all mobile equipment. Enter and maintain service reports for all the mobile equipment in written or electronic form.
Operate Equipment. Assist in driving heavy equipment and vehicles throughout the plant to ensure production continues efficiently.
Perform General Physical Activities. Perform physical activities that require moving your whole body and considerable use of your arms and legs, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
Qualifications Skills You'll Need:
Experience. Previous experience working on diesel or heavy construction equipment is preferred.
Knowledge of Best Practices. Knowledge of general principles and practices of servicing heavy construction equipment is preferred.
Flexibility. Must be willing to work overtime and extended hours depending on customer and company demands. Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.
Mechanical Skills. Must have some knowledge of industrial tools, their uses, and maintenance.

Responsibilities
Manage, perform, coordinate, and/or monitor AD Gas Turbine (TM2500, LM2500, and LM6000 ) site activities.
Perform on-site installation of systems and equipment and ongoing preventive maintenance, repair and calibration after installation and units' demobilization.
Perform Borescope Inspection (BSI) for TM2500, LM2500, and LM6000 units.
Perform maintenance activities for TM2500, LM2500, and LM6000 units, including Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 maintenance.
Respond to requests for emergency repairs and services to troublesome equipment.
Provide technical instruction and assistance to customer representatives regarding installation, operation, calibration, repair and maintenance at customer's sites.
Perform administrative functions such as: writing technical reports, ordering materials, securing quotations, preparing job status reports, reports to customers, time sheet and expense sheets on a complete timely, and thorough basis.
