Location:
Crown has a manufacturing facility in Bowling Green, KY. This state-of-the-art facility manufactures specialty beverage cans for some of the top consumer product companies. We are in the process of adding to our world class team of individuals to operate this facility and are looking for Mechanics.
Duties And Responsibilities:
This position will trouble-shoot, repair, adjust and maintain all related equipment involved with running production at this high-speed state-of-the-art metal packaging manufacturing facility. This would include operation of equipment as well as identifying areas of spoilage and taking appropriate corrective action to resolve the issues. Equipment would include cuppers, body makers, washers, spray equipment, neckers and flangers as well as other production machinery. This position will also develop standard operating procedures; provide training for equipment operation and reinforce all safety procedures.
Qualifications:
Requirements for this position would include but not be limited to the following:
Minimum Requirements
5+ years working experience in a manufacturing setting
Strong proven working experience in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting skills and equipment re-build expertise are required for these roles.
Experience in using controls and settings on high-speed automated equipment.
High competency in the use of micrometers, calipers and related equipment.
Strong math and computer skills.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics and parts specifications.
Effective and proven communication skills working in a team environment.
Employees must have their own set of basic tools.
Must be able to work twelve (12) hour shifts, both day and evening.
Preferred Requirements
An Associates/technical degree is preferred or a related vocational/technical certification (state electrical license, journeyman license, etc.).
Working experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment is preferred.

As the Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Technician, you will impact PSA Airlines' business growth by conducting aviation repairs and services that allow for operations to be on time. Responsibilities
Position Summary
As the Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Technician, you will impact PSA Airlines' business growth by conducting aviation repairs and services that allow for operations to be on time. By executing maintenance procedures in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company standards, you are ensuring safe and reliable flights.
Job Responsibilities
* Will perform tasks necessary to comply with Federal Aviation Regulations and accept the responsibility for work performed by themselves and/or in conjunction with others and sign for same on the Company's approved forms.
* Keep work areas clean. Return all equipment and tools to assigned areas. A&P Technicians will report all inoperative or faulty equipment to the Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Mechanic in charge.
* Work will consist of and include any and all phases of repair and maintenance of aircraft with the aid of the employee's own tools, specialty tools provided by the Company, the use of test equipment, and Company-supplied technical manuals.
* In certain cases, and A&P Technician may be authorized to perform required inspection items and assist in Company training programs.
* Will at the commencement of each repair or inspection initiate the proper documentation. Parts tags will include a complete description of the discrepancy on all removed parts. Determine if the work to be performed is a Required Inspection Item.
* Verifying, through proper documentation, that any part installed on any aircraft or component is approved for that aircraft or component and has been visually inspected and is free of damage or contamination.
* Assure that hangar workshops and other areas assigned are maintained in an orderly manner.
* Responsible for the Company's Security and Safety Management System (SMS) and associated Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor through the Lead Mechanic.

* Capable of using respirators and other personal protective equipment including eye and hearing protection.

* Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.

The Traveling Aircraft Mechanic II (Sheetmetal) performs the full range of military tactical aircraft maintenance and maintains repairs and modifies aircraft structures and structural components of moderate difficulty. * Maintains and repairs aircraft components including but not limited to flight controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems, and mechanical components.
* Applies technical knowledge of airframe and power plant systems in determining equipment malfunctions and applies required expertise in restoring equipment condition and or operation.
* Applies comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as; blueprints or manufactures' manuals.
* Requires working knowledge of technical publications.
* The incumbent receives technical guidance, as required, from supervisor or higher-level technician, will occasionally be required to lead teams through more complex aircraft relevant tasks, and may be required to make entries in aircraft logs and records.
* Must be able to prioritize workload to maintain schedules on assigned projects.
* Removes and installs aircraft subsystem assemblies and components such as engines, rotors, transmissions, mechanical flight controls and their components.

* Participates in maintenance test flights and operation checks as required.
* Uses a working knowledge of technical publications and the Government STAMIS to make entries in aircraft logs and records.
* Inspect all required aeronautical type maintenance to be performed by Aircraft Mechanic I.
* When assigned to operate Flexible Engine Diagnostic System (FEDS). Shall have Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Powerplant License. If no FAA Powerplant License, then shall have minimum five years documented as a
* Flexible Engine Diagnostic System (FEDS) operator.
* When designated shall obtain DoD EPA Refrigerant Processing Certificate Section 608 Technician Certification (Universal) or Minimum Type II.
* May be designated as a Foreign Object Elimination/Foreign Object Debris (FOE/FOD) Program Administrator.
* As qualified and when required can perform non-crew member duties.
* When qualified and as assigned for crane operator duties shall have three years of crane operation related experience and shall comply with Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) 1926 Safety and Health Regulations for Construction, Subpart: CC Cranes & Derricks in Construction 1926.1427 Operator qualification and Certification.
* When selected, qualified and trained IAW contact requirements will perform aircraft condition evaluations (ACE) inspection duties.
* When required can use Respiratory Protective Equipment (RPE) for job duties.

Minimum Requirements:
* Valid up-to-date A&P license; And Two (2) years aviation maintenance experience, Three (3)years rotary wing aircraft experience, and Two (2) of the years on the assigned Mission Design Series ((UH60, AH64, and/or CH47).
