    Mechanic- Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all vehicles and equipment Implements and monitors a preventative maintenance program to assure cost effective maintenance Implements a scheduled maintenance program to provide maintenance by manufacturers specifications Maintains a complete inventory of each vehicle, maintenance equipment, gasoline, repair parts, supplies Implements and maintains a mechanic training and certification program to provide needed technical skills for mechanics in repair of equipment Welds; replaces parts; repairs parts; repairs electrical systems; troubleshoots problems when needed Checks all repair work performed in shop for completeness. This includes physical inspections and road tests before vehicle is turned back to user departments Requirements: 2 + years mechanical and technical experience Experience working with all kinds of equipment and vehicles Valid driver's license & clean driving record Must own tools Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment High School/GED required Compensation: Based upon experience Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Simple IRA Health and Wellness Plan Pants & Boots Provided Small Engine Mechanic- Duties: Responsible for the maintenance and repair of small engines Maintains a complete inventory of equipment, gasoline, repair parts and supplies Welds, replaces parts, repairs parts, repairs electrical systems, troubleshoots problems when needed Drives to worksite where equipment needs to be repaired Requirements: 1 + years small engine repair experience preferred Experience working with all kinds of equipment Valid driver's license Must own tools High School/GED preferred Compensation: Based upon experience Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Simple IRA Health and Wellness Plan Pants and Boots Provided Seasonal Bonus and Contest Programs
