QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of vehicle mechanics and heavy equipment including diesel engines. Basic knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software and Database software. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
