JOB RESPONSIBILTIES Meets plant objectives in safety, quality, cost and customer care. Provides technical support for efficient troubleshooting / problem solving activities and maintenance repair to maximize efficiencies and limit downtime. Maintains and repairs all equipment in operation which includes pumps, motors, conveyors, and much more. Troubleshoots PLC's. Respond quickly to service calls. Maintains and repairs electrical and mechanical issues. Reads technical manuals to understand equipment and controls. Basic PLC/Motor Controls/VFD knowledge, Allen Bradley, Siemens & GE Fanuc. Basic welding skills. Strong knowledge of conveyor metal detection systems.
