MdE stands for Managing Data Efficiently, which is also the philosophy behind our products. MdE was created to provide the highest level of products and services to Field Training Officers. MdE, Inc. was, and continues to be, the sole provider of the industry leading ADORE Performance Evaluation software. Since its inception, MdE, Inc. has worked closely with public safety departments and private sector agencies to improve, develop, and expand our line of products and services. Building on the success of the ADORE system and our software training programs, MdE, Inc. now offers a series of instructional workshops that improve employee performance, communications techniques, and leadership skills. MdE has been in almost every state to provide training (including over twenty US National Parks from coast to coast).
