The Opportunity with McKinstry
We are adding a Service Dispatch Coordinator to our growing service division in the NW. This role will manage the coordination, communication, and prioritization of technician resources across all scheduled and reactive work within budget. Additionally, some responsibilities you will have include:
* Receiving of client requests and management of client expectations and communication across maintenance and service calls,
* Prioritize and schedule maintenance, service, and project work within given time periods.
* Schedules and manages group of technicians across all work, including communication of work details, assurance of tools/material requirements, and project expectations.
* Management and communication of work status, assuring achievement of client commitment and work success for McKinstry.
* Communication with our clients and representation of McKinstry across all work managed and dispatched.
* Effectively manage jobs and budgets across all horizontal offerings: Maintenance, Service, and Projects.
* Communicating closely with management in regards to callbacks, technician problems, unsatisfied customers, etc..
* Assures the efficient and complete closeout of all work managed.
What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry
* Knowledge of mechanical and electrical contractor tools and equipment preferred.
* Three (3) years of administrative experience working with customers required.
* High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
* Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.
* Knowledge of how to properly review proposals, bids, contracts and manpower reports preferred.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills required.

The pay range for this position is $24.36 - $39.28 per hour; however, base pay offered my vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We are adding a Building Performance Solutions Coordinator to join our growing Technical Services team in Seattle, WA.
McKinstry has a unique perspective on the life of a building, and our Technical Services suite of owner-direct offerings assists clients in making the best decisions to improve the efficiency, comfort, sustainability, and lifespan of their building.
The Western Washington Technical Services team provides technical and strategic consulting services to make every building we touch more efficient. Our highly diverse group touches buildings of all kinds, from schools to hospitals to downtown high rises, with the intent to drive efficiency and optimization in every aspect of operations.
In this role, you will manage and build an integrated offering across multiple highly technical delivery teams within our technical services group. This is an opportunity to bring your creativity, innovation, and drive for organizational impact as we align individuals within this team to deliver high impact consulting, and drive evolution of our energy management services under your leadership.
Team and Project Management
You will be responsible as both the Subject Matter Expert on WA Clean Building Performance Standard (CBPS) as well as playing a strategic and organizational role to improve CBPS related delivery across a rapidly growing team. Collaboration will be key between local and enterprise-wide stakeholders to set and deliver this vision. You will be responsible for identifying pain points with CBPS related delivery across multiple teams and implementing organizational/process improvements to help the PNW organization scale sustainably while continuing to delivery high quality consulting for our clients. This role will not have direct reports, but will work with team leads across the region to help their teams become more efficient and to ensure a consistent, high quality client experience across multiple teams.

* Deep expertise in analyzing existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, designing and implementing changes to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, reduce waste, and ultimately enhance overall quality and productivity
* Able to analyze project financials

This is a non-exempt position requiring membership in SMART Local 55, including meeting all associated hiring requirements and certifications.
Annual performance-based bonuses are available, tied to success within the assigned geographic area.

We're looking for a Chiller Technician who will provide maintenance, repairs, and installation services of chillers for commercial customers. We're seeking an Energy Engineering Manager to lead and oversee all corporate energy engineering initiatives while ensuring alignment with company objectives and standards. Reporting to an Engineering Principal, this role includes managing and developing a team of energy engineers, fostering professional growth through coaching, mentoring, and annual development planning.
The Energy Engineering Manager will collaborate with their supervisor and fellow Engineering Principals to make strategic staffing and resource allocation decisions.
