As a Senior Medical Coder/Claims Analyst you will work remotely to correct CCI, MUE, and Medical Necessity Edits on accounts of all patient types in addition to periodic coding. You will ensure that all coding assignments are accurate according to coding policies and based on the documentation provided in the medical record. Using a thorough knowledge of coding policies and procedures as well as medical terminology and technology, you will be responsible for providing documentation feedback to physicians under the direction of the Coding Operations Manager or Quality Management personnel.
Work Hours: Full-time, Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday (1 weekend day is required). Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Identify appropriate assignment of ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS Codes for inpatient services provided in a hospital setting and understand their impact on the DRG with reference to CC/MCC, while adhering to the official coding guidelines and established client coding guidelines of the assigned facility
* Identify appropriate assignment of CPT and ICD-10 Codes for outpatient surgery, observation, emergency, and ancillary services while adhering to the official coding guidelines and established client coding guidelines of the assigned facility
* Understand the Medicare Ambulatory Payment Classification (APC) codes
* Abstract additional data elements during the Chart Review process when coding, as needed
* Adhere to the ethical standards of coding as established by AAPC and/or AHIMA
* Adhere to and maintain required levels of performance in both coding quality and productivity as established by Optum360
* Provide documentation feedback to providers and query physicians when appropriate
* Maintain up-to-date Coding knowledge by reviewing materials disseminated/recommended by the QM Manager, Coding Operations Managers, and Director of Coding/Quality Management, etc.
* Participate in coding department meetings and educational events
* Review and maintain a record of charts coded, held, and/or missing
* Additional responsibilities as identified by manager

Required Qualifications:
* High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
* Professional coder certification with credentialing from AHIMA and/or AAPC (CCS, RHIA, RHIT, CIC, ROCC, CPC, COC, CPC-P) to be maintained annually
* 3+ years of recent Inpatient medical coding experience (hospital, facility, etc.)
* 2+ years of recent working experience with OCE, MUE and NCCI classification and reimbursement structures
* 2+ years of experience working in a level I trauma center and/or teaching hospital with a mastery of complex procedures, major trauma ER encounters, cardiac catheterization, interventional radiology, orthopedic and neurology cases, and observation coding
* 2+ years of ICD-10 and DRG coding experience
* Ability to use a PC in a Windows environment, including MS Excel and EMR systems
* Ability to work our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm

* Experience with OSHPD reporting

Job Description
Under the supervision of the Regional Manager and working within the Oahu, Hawaii area, the Part-Time Field Services Technician (15 hours per week) is responsible for the on-going support of the Medline ReNewal Reprocessing Program to pack and ship designated medical devices as well as execute any other tasks as agreed to with the facility. This individual will deliver prompt and excellent service to maintain and grow the program through job functions which include, but are not limited to, the following:
Essential Functions:
Establish and follow a regular schedule to visit the assigned facility in order to collect devices in the designated containers
Coordinate the packing of devices in Medline ReNewal shipping containers (employing proper techniques to ensure safe shipment of product)
Arrange for shipment of collection containers in a timely manner
Update the Medline ReNewal Collection Container Locations sheet to provide an accurate record of where all containers have been placed throughout the facility
Provide support to in-service sessions as directed by the assigned Account Manager
Make regular rounds throughout the facility; initially to introduce self and Medline ReNewal, and eventually to help answer questions and share any staff concerns with the assigned Account Manager
100% local travel within Oahu (between East Kapolei and Honolulu)
Ensure program supplies remain stocked for use; distribute program collateral throughout the facility as directed by the assigned Account Manager
Qualifications:
High School Diploma (GED) preferred
Residence in the Oahu area
Able to travel locally 100% of the time (between East Kapolei and Honolulu)
Ability to regularly lift at least 30 pounds as a regular part of daily tasks
A current valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, clean driving record and ability to travel in own vehicle to designated facility
Ability to complete collections between 6am and 6pm to align with the schedules of facility staff members
Able to be credentialed at the highest level in order to gain admittance to all required rooms within each designated facility
Good communication skills; especially on a verbal level
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to complete work tasks in a thorough manner
Self-initiative and dependability to reliably perform the job in an independent setting

The Sales Representative is responsible for actively promoting the company's products and services to a defined customer base in New Jersey, Delaware and Long Island. The Global EHS Engineer is responsible for providing Environmental, Health and Safety support at a Global level for all Beckman Coulter Life Sciences associates.

The essential requirements of the job include:
* Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health and safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering with related field with 5+ years or Master's degree with 3+ years experience within EH&S including work in manufacturing operations and product engineering/R&D.
* Knowledge and experience working with ISO Management System certification (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001).
* Strong understanding of all applicable global, local, state, and federal regulations (E.g. OSHA, EPA, CAL-OSHA, ANSI, Fire Code, Global EHS, etc.)
* Demonstrated experience with internal/external EHS auditing inclusive of audit software- Gensuite highly preferred.
* Demonstrated experience with Risk Management Processes and systems - FM Global highly preferred.

**JOB SUMMARY**
The Manager, Branch Logistics performs, plans, and coordinates the daily activity of all Logistics personnel and functions.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
