Tyler has more than two decades of experience with McKesson, having served in a wide variety of leadership roles throughout the company. He has led nearly every major business within the company as well as McKesson’s corporate strategy and business development unit.

Britt Vitalone is the executive vice president and chief financial officer for McKesson Corporation. Vitalone assumed the role of chief financial officer in January 2018 and is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership for McKesson. This includes ensuring the company’s strategy creates shareholder value, communicating the company’s strategies and performance to investors, and implementing a capital structure, financial processes and controls to support the company’s growth and return on investment goals. Vitalone oversees the company's overall financial activities, including controllership, tax, treasury, financial planning, investor relations, internal audit and financial services operations. He also has responsibility for McKesson’s global direct and indirect procurement operations.

Vitalone joined McKesson in 2006, and prior to becoming executive vice president and chief financial officer, he served as senior vice president and chief financial officer, McKesson U.S. Pharmaceutical and Specialty Health. He also was senior vice president of corporate finance and M&A Finance, and senior vice president and chief financial officer, McKesson Medical-Surgical.

Vitalone is a member of McKesson’s executive committee. Additionally, he is a member of the CNBC Global CFO Council.

Vitalone holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. John Fisher College and is a certified public accountant. He is based in Las Colinas, Texas.

Lori A. Schechter is executive vice president, general counsel and chief compliance officer for McKesson Corporation. She is responsible for overseeing McKesson’s general counsel organization, which consists of the law, public affairs, compliance and corporate secretarial functions for McKesson and its subsidiaries.

Flores previously served as CIO for Johnson Controls. Before Johnson Controls, Flores served as vice president of Business and Technology Services for Abbott Laboratories. She had a long tenure with Abbott, holding a number of leadership roles over her 22 years of service, including serving as the chief information officer. As Abbott’s CIO, she was responsible for the IT, cybersecurity, digital and analytics services organizations.

Flores earned bachelor’s degrees in both Mathematics and Computer Information Systems from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. She earned her master’s degree in Mathematics from the Colorado School of Mines in Golden, Colorado.

Tom manages Cambia's external investment portfolio, with a particular focus on early stage healthcare technology and services. Prior to joining at Cambia, Tom was a partner at Advanced Technology Ventures, where he led ATV's efforts in Healthcare technology, focusing on Medical Devices. He represented ATV on the boards of several portfolio companies. Tom has significant operating experience in the health care industry including various strategy, business development, sales, and marketing roles at leading technology companies. Most recently he served as VP of corporate strategy and business development at McKesson Corporation. Prior to McKesson, he earned his entrepreneurial stripes as one of the early team members at FitLinxx, a venture-backed startup that pioneered the technology behind the Nike+ system. Before FitLinxx, Tom was a Product Manager at Genentech. He started his career as a consultant with The Wilkerson Group. Tom holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School, a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and was a fullback on the All American rugby team. He also sheepishly admits he was once the New Hampshire State high school math champion. He is based out of Cambia's San Francisco office.

Dr. Baggett is a business leader & Board certified physician with extensive experience in developing/advancing health care performance-improvement strategies and positioning organizations for sustained growth. His expertise in clinical operations, quality, safety, regulatory compliance, change management, board relations, strategic planning and performance management has been consistently informed by his sound judgement, inspirational leadership style, outstanding communication skills, and his ability to build talent, and solve complex problems.

He currently serves as a Sr Advisor at Pharos Capital Group, where he provides strategic insights on targeted business segments/opportunities and advises on due diligence matters.

Before, Dr. Baggett served as SVP/CCO and CMO at Tenet Healthcare, where he transformed a process-oriented culture into an outcomes-focused one; improved the quality, safety, efficiency/effectiveness of care; built cohesive relationships between the System and the provider community; and expanded the focus of care improvement/value creation beyond acute care to post-acute, sub-acute and population health.

Previously, as COO and VP, Clinical Strategies at HCA, he drove improved clinical performance, enabling HCA to rise to #1 one among investor-owned care providers for performance (per Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ core measures).

From 2006-2007, Dr. Baggett served as Strategic Business Consultant in HCA’s EPMO, where he developed/executed market-based service line strategies/tactics, and facilitated hospital throughput improvements.

A published author, he has received numerous recognitions & awards, and is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Baggett completed training at Yale, and completed his advanced training at Johns Hopkins and Duke University Medical Center. He has a BS from the University of NC, an MD from East Carolina University, a Master in Public Health from Johns Hopkins, and an MBA from Duke.
