Leav brings to McAfee more than 20 years of executive leadership experience and a demonstrated track record of leading large-scale technology companies through growth. Leav most recently served as President, CEO and a board member of BMC Software, Inc. Prior to joining BMC Software, Leav served as: President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Polycom, Inc.; Executive Vice President and President, Industry and Field Operations, of NCR Corporation; and Corporate Vice President and General Manager of Motorola, Inc. Earlier in his career, Leav held executive sales leadership positions at Symbol Technologies, Inc. and Cisco Systems, Inc. He currently serves on the boards of Box and Proofpoint.

Steve Grobman is a Senior Vice President & Chief Technology Officer at McAfee and is based in San Francisco, California. He has worked as Intel Fellow, Intel Security Group, CTO, Security Platform and Solutions at Intel Corporation; Director, Cyber Security Technology and Initiatives at Intel Corporation; and Architecture, Engineering and Management Assignments at Intel Corporation. Steve studied at NC State University between 1990 and 1994.

Chatelle Lynch is a performance-driven HR executive with a 20+ year track record in leading the design and execution of initiatives across the U.S. and abroad. She is expert in providing strategic vision and partnering with business leaders to cultivate world-class, pay-for-performance cultures. Her diverse global experience spans across India, China, Australia, the U.K., France, Germany, Brazil, the U.S and more.

Lynch joined McAfee in 2005, later helping it evolve during its time as a wholly owned subsidiary of Intel, until today: an independent $3BN global IT security software company with 7,500+ employees worldwide.

As a senior HR leader, Lynch has played a pivotal role in achieving strategic alignment to recruit, retain, and develop the best talent in the industry. She is passionate about driving diversity in the workplace and has spoken on this topic at many industry events. In 2018, her efforts towards driving diversity were recognized by the California Diversity Council in its list of ‘Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology.’

Lynch is also a regular contributor on HR and workforce trends for Forbes as well as an industry commentator on diversity, online safety for kids, the cyber security skills shortage and more.

In 2017, Lynch was named 'Chief Human Resources Officer of the Year' at the 2017 Stevie Awards for Great Employers; her team was also named 'HR Department of the Year' in the same awards.

John J. Giamatteo is the President and Chief Revenue Officer at McAfee. He is responsible for the go-to-market functions that result in outstanding customer experience, including sales, marketing, and customer success. Giamatteo was previously executive vice president of the consumer business unit at McAfee. Before joining McAfee, John was the COO at AVG Technologies and was part of the leadership team who took the company public in February 2012. . During his tenure at AVG he focused his efforts on leading the strategic planning process, building and leading the cross-functional global team, execution and accelerating operational improvements, investor relations/Wall St. management and integrating key acquisitions. Prior to AVG, John was the COO of Real Networks and Solera responsible for Global business operations. From 1988 to June 2005, John worked at Nortel Networks a provider of communications solutions, where he held various management positions, including President, Asia Pacific Region. John has a BS in Accounting and an MBA from St. John’s University.
