It is hybrid for now.

MBB agency lasts diversity and only has 1 POC so 3%, not the figure listed. It is a dysfunctional company, and turnover rates higher than posted, at least 20% year. Leaders aren't knowledgable and mediocre work is encouraged. Also, there is no vaccine mandate and Covid runs rapid during peak seasons.
