Aloha~ The major function of this position is: To answer incoming telephone inquiries from our customers in a timely, courteous and efficient manner. Hourly Rate of Pay: $17/hr. The primary responsibilities and essential duties of this position are: * Serve as the first point of contact to respond professionally and courteously to general and routine customer inquiries, requests and complaints. * Accurately and efficiently input Rx orders into Rx data entry software. * Ensure that orders are entered into the system accurately to meet customer service goals and deadlines. * Professionally communicate with internal and external customers regarding order status, billing information, shipping and tracking of orders for accounts. * Utilize Company training materials to gather information and execute Company policies and procedures. * Back up the RX Redo/POF & Mail CSR. * Perform all other work-related duties as requested or required. Desired Qualifications: As a guide, indicated below is the preferred education and experience for this position: Minimum 7-10 years management experience in the optical industry. Bachelor's degree in operations management or business management, or related field required, ABOC preferred.
