Train new warehouse associates and provide ongoing coaching and development. Troubleshoot order fulfillment issues and resolve inquiries in a timely manner. Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and well-maintained. Assist with planning and leading departmental and continuous improvement initiatives. Contribute to the development and training on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Dozuki documentation. Support 5S implementation and audits. Assist with troubleshooting and root cause identification for shipping errors and corrective/preventative action initiatives. Ability to adjust and follow instructions in a fast-paced environment. Contributes to the completing of projects on time, using project management software to manage the projects. Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager. Qualifications - High school diploma or GED required. Required Skills 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations with supervisory or lead responsibilities. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English and perform basic math. Proficiency in warehouse management practices; experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Teams is required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience operating an electric pallet jack (required) and stand-up reach truck (preferred). Knowledge, Skills, and Experience * HS degree or GED * 3 years of experience in a food-processing, pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing organization, preferably using computerized manufacturing equipment * Demonstrated knowledge and application of qualifications in a pharmaceutical or food manufacturing environment * Working knowledge of FDA regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP, food allergens and pest control * Demonstrated knowledge of efficient and safe manufacturing operations to include product and associate safety, OSHA standards, product quality (success rates), cost control (minimizing downtime and waste, optimizing yield) * Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems * Demonstrated mechanical and spatial aptitude, including the ability to disassemble and reassemble equipment * Read, write and speak English * Basic knowledge of SAP or similar software * Good teamwork and leadership skills. * Ability to effectively manage time and meet necessary targets. * Knowledge and capacity to efficiently delegate work. * Analytical and operational skills and the ability to adapt in a fast pace work setting. * Proficiency with the MS Office (WORD & EXCEL) * Previous experience using Syspro and/or rite SCAN is a plus. Education and Experience: • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
