Job Summary:
The Material Handler is responsible for storing, moving, and handling products and materials. Material Handlers work in a structured work environment to minimize safety risks. Material Handlers will need to be reliable and able to work with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) at all times.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Identifies, transports, packs, removes and disposes of products and materials.
* Operates forklifts, handcarts, or pallet jacks to pick, replenish, shuttle, and load/unload orders.

* Compare the quantity, quality, labeling, and address with the customer's order to ensure outgoing product shipments are complete and correct.
* Changes equipment battery or LP tank and monitors power source as necessary.
* Verify and report discrepancies such as non-available products and OS&D.
* Maintain the facility and the facility's equipment in a neat, clean, orderly fashion. Inspect all operated equipment daily.
* Complete daily inspection of equipment.
* Assist in physical inventories.
Required Education and Experience:
* High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
* Six months warehouse experience, preferred
* Six months forklift operation experience, prefer

About the role
The warehouse associate performs a broad range of positions in support of our efforts to provide an outstanding customer experience, maintain highly efficient operational productivity, and company profitability by processing customer orders.
The Warehouse Associate will be required to be familiar with and perform all functions as assigned in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Specific tasks are performed in the following functional areas - Replenish, Active Pick, Goods to Person (GTP)/Dematic Multi-Shuttle (DMS), Tote Buffer, Sorter, Packing and Shipping. Will also be cross-trained in some Inbound functions.
