About the Role

Inventory receiving and management: Accurately receive and stock inventory, ensuring all products are accounted for and safeguarded against loss or theft. Monitor product quality and freshness and ensure proper product rotation. Follow all HACCP, food-handling and spoilage management processes.
Pick, pack and sort: Use technology similar to smartphone devices to scan packages, pick and stage orders, and conduct handoffs to Dashers.

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. JOB MISSION:

The Warehouse level I supports the overall enterprise by performing various warehousing tasks across multiple areas following all SOP and customer requirements ensuring a seamless operation across the board and in all areas. They will use various PIV equipment, organizational and basic computer skills in the performance of their daily tasks as outlined each day taking direction from their Lead, Supervisor, Logistics department and Production leadership team following all direction as needed to ensure compliance with all schedules and goals as outlined. They will assume the responsibility and ownership of their roles and tasks working both individually and in team setting in all warehouse locations as needed.
Is present and on-time for scheduled shift to ensure adherence to plant needs

Receive and prioritize daily pick slips for Shipping or Production plant
Verify available inventory so that orders can be picked efficiently
Request stock list for inventory needed to be pulled down to fill production and shipping orders

We are seeking an Inventory Runner who can transport small parts between buildings using a company small vehicle. You will be responsible for the transport and delivery of QES materials by applying knowledge of driving regulations and roads in the area. The position requires a valid driver's license, a clean motor vehicle record, and the ability to acquire a DOT Medical Driving Card. Quality Electrical Systems will pay for the DOT physical. A good candidate for this position will need to be computer literate, have strong communication skills, have the ability to lift heavy boxes, 35 to 50 plus lbs., have a strong safety mindset, and be able to obtain and follow instructions to complete tasks without assistance. Must have strong work ethics, be willing to drive in all-weather conditions, and be responsible for driving to and from designated locations, verifying loads and maintaining shipping records.
Shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday

Duties would include:
· Responsible for safely picking up and delivering materials between warehouses within a timely manner.
· Responds to email and dispatch requests for deliveries.
· Complete delivery paperwork including scanning and electronic filing of signed delivery receipts.
· Loading and unloading various types of vehicles, which may involve various types of equipment.
· Must be able to load and maneuver vehicle safely in all types of weather conditions.
· Forklift certified.
· Maintains cleanliness of vehicles using 5S standards.

Performs working level duties in receiving, stores, and/or shipping functions. Stocks material/commodities in a neat, orderly way; receives, inspects, and counts incoming material/commodities; rejects damaged items, records shortages, reviews, and interprets accompanying documentation; maintains records of stock received/shipped; and/or moves materials/ commodities between locations. Operates material handling, forklift, and packaging equipment.
Requires a High school diploma with intermediate computer skills and basic math skills, and at least 2 years previous warehousing, material handling, or related work experience. Preference will be given to those who have internal Church warehousing experience.
Experience in operating motorized material handling equipment including reach-lifts. Must be able to read and understand English. Must be able to physically lift/move/push/pull items (up to 50 lbs. alone or occasionally lift up to 100 lbs. with two people), climb ladders, stairs, scaffolding, and ramps to store/retrieve items, and operate a pallet jack containing up to 2500 lbs.
