Dock/Warehouse Specialist job responsibilities include:
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods to customers and manage the shipping and receiving process.
Work closely with technical staff to understand inventory and logistics requirements, and ensure stock is available as required.
Driving box truck.
Manage all aspects of logistics, including transportation and inventory management.
Use software systems to manage and analyze backlog and produce reports as required.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Desired Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Clean driving record.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Past experience in warehouse or similar environment is highly preferred.

Summary

* Operate machinery including forklift, reach truck, and wire cutting machine when required
* Load common carrier and company vehicles
* Inspect and perform minor maintenance on equipment

6-month Term - $27.00 per hour Tacoma, WA Graymont is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Material Handler to join our team. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of plant equipment used in the production of hydrated lime, pulverized lime, pulverized limestone, and various bagged lime products. The Material Handler will also be responsible for loading and unloading railcars, trucks, and trailers, while ensuring all products meet customer specifications and Graymont's quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
* Load and unload rail cars and trucks as directed
* Assure that all products meet the quality specifications
* Operate bag and bulk bag filling equipment, palletize filled bags, and prepare pallets of bags for shipment
* Operate production equipment, including but not limited to the hydrate, pulverized lime, pulverized limestone, and crushing and screening processes.
* Inspections of plant and machinery and report defects to ensure good state of repair and optimal operation.
* Verify lubrication and fluid levels and perform standard lubrication tasks.
