For our state-of-the art 600+ person Lubbock, TX cheese and whey manufacturing facility, Leprino is seeking a Warehouse Team Member. Leprino Foods broke ground on the $1 Billion facility in the summer of 2022. The plant becomes operational in 2024 with Phase 1 and will become fully operational by 2026 with Phase 2. Starting Pay: $21 with an additional $1/hr for time worked between 6pm and 6am Paid Weekly Schedule: This position will work 12 hour shifts in a 2/2/3 rotation (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off etc) resulting in a 3 day weekend every other week as well as 36 hours one week and 48 the next. We will have day and night shifts available. Hours will differ during our construction phase depending on plant needs. Warehouse Team Members are responsible for the safe operation of the associated equipment and/or processes, the quality of incoming raw materials, the quality of the outgoing products in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safe work practices.
