Position: Part-Time Requirements: Must be 19-A Certified Applicants must possess a minimum of a valid Class B CDL with air brakes and a P endorsement with a clean driving record Applicants must also have a minimum of 2 solid years' experience as a professional driver Applicants must not have any history of DUI driving violations, must meet DOT physical qualifications and must pass a pre-employment drug test Clean driving record with no accidents in the past 3 years and no more than two moving violations Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation industry practices Neat and well-groomed appearance Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Duties: Operate a commercial bus and transport passengers according to assigned routes and schedules. Ability to safely load, transfer, and unload passengers' luggage Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations Assist customers during boarding and exiting, ensuring their safety and comfort. Provide excellent customer service, addressing passenger inquiries and concerns Maintain a clean and presentable bus interior Conduct vehicle pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure proper functioning of all equipment and safety features. Coordinate with dispatch to ensure efficient pick-up and transfers. Report any mechanical issues or accidents to the appropriate authorities Prepare and submit reports on passengers, trips, hours worked, mileage, fuel consumption, and fares received. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
