Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:
Visiting warehouses or partner locations on a set schedule.
Empty collection bins and place materials into a Gaylord for pickup.
Replace the bags in the bins after collecting the material.
Be an extension of us and represent Happen Ventures by holding a valued relationship with our partner by answering any questions (to the best of your knowledge)
Keep the collection area organized and clean.
Restock the supply racks with clean PPE.
Perform other miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
Must be someone who is not afraid of speaking to people (in a kind and courteous way!) Motivated, independent while a team player, and a self starter!
Ability to lift and move materials as needed.

Purpose
As the 2nd Shift Shipping & Receiving Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating the activity of all incoming/outgoing shipments and warehousing for the manufacturing location.
Responsibilities include:
Verify information provided by freight delivery service with physical count to ensure incoming accuracy
Unload deliveries as required moving material to proper locations as identified by company SOPs including movement to and from Quality Control area, warehouse, assembly, molding and office
Coordinates claims for damaged shipments with Production Manager, Logistics Manager and/or Quality Manager and the responsible shipping company.
