Verify correctness of material. Responsible for supplying parts to and from the manufacturing operation. Operate forklift to transfer gaylords and totes to/from warehouse. Clean and bring empty gaylords into the department to be filled with preforms. Remove used gaylord bags from the empty gaylords and replace with new bags. Stack and remove filled preform gaylords from the production area on a forklift and stage in the released warehouse area. Report abnormalities and corrective action to shift leader/supervision. Participate in continuous improvement efforts and Lean exercises. Maintain good housekeeping and 6S responsibilities as assigned. What You'll Bring High school diploma required. Additional technical experience, training, or education a plus. Basic mathematical skills and computer skills required. Ability to read and understand specifications and procedures. Able to complete documentation legibly and per procedure. Trained as forklift and hand cart driver preferred. Audiometric testing and hearing protection required.
