JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Obtains client supply orders and enter them into the Materials Management software.
2. Interacts with clients as needed to obtain client supply order requests.
3. Researches client supply problems in conjunction with Marketing, Logistics and Client Supply warehouse, etc. as needed.
4. Informs clients of backorders and expected delivery times.
5. Informs clients of utilization constraints if the amount requested exceeds the established utilization ratios.
6. Assists the Client Supply Materials Analyst, Client Supply Manager, Warehouse Materials Analyst and/or Warehouse Manager in resolving client utilization questions.
7. Informs the appropriate individuals of low stock and backordered items.
8. Assists in preparation and distribution of reports as needed.
9. Complies with all applicable and current Materials and Services Management, Human Resources, Employee Health and Safety, Compliance, OSHA, CLIA, etc. policies and procedures.
10. Performs other duties as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
Work Experience:
• Previous experience in data entry preferred
• Previous call center experience helpful Medical supplies background helpful
Special Requirements:
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Strong communication, especially verbal, skills
• Good record keeping skills
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability to operate a computer, printer, copier and other basic office equipment Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.) or equivalent would be helpful, but not required Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute

Job Summary:

Receives, stores, and distributes merchandise and cylinders within establishment and onto distribution trucks by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Fills all gas cylinders, high and low pressure, and liquid containers in accordance with safety procedures, quality assurance manual and FDA requirements. This involves operating pumps and compressors.
Involves movement of cylinders as required in the plant. May be required to load and unload trucks.
Completes all documentation and forms in compliance with company policy and FDA requirements during the fill process. Accurately and legibly ensures products are labeled properly, with current decals and lot numbers. Forms include: Daily production report, FDA log sheet, Label Verification form, Calibration form and Bulk log sheet.
Assembles customer orders from stock and places cylinders or equipment on trucks when customers arrive at location.
Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine what cylinders or equipment need to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
Conveys cylinders or equipment from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
Tests all gases and documents results on compression log report accurately and legibly.
Maintains a clean and orderly workplace through proper housekeeping procedures.
Helps maintain an adequate stock of correct cylinders on dock.
May be required to maintain cylinders and repair filling equipment, such as pigtails, fill hoses, valves and safeties.
Sets tone for employees by good example through observation of the company's loss prevention policies and procedures.
Reports accidents including near misses, unsafe acts or conditions and obeys safety rules.

You will contribute by:
* Operating a forklift to transport merchandise to designated locations in the warehouse

THE POSITION: Material Handler
The Material Handler will manage loads and unloads material within a warehouse or storage facility. RESPONSIBILITIES:
