Job Overview:

Part- Time Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) | $26/hr Were looking for certified Behavioral Health Professionals in or near Bradley, Maine. As a BHP, you will provide care to clients between the ages of 1-21. Specifically, provide supervision and therapeutic support to children struggling with severe and persistent behavioral challenges. Support will be in the clients home or surrounding community.
Requirements:
An active BHP Certification is NOT required! Our team ensures you have all the tools to become an excellent BHP.
1 year of experience working with children is a plus. (I.e. education, childcare, babysitting/nannying, etc.)
Interest in a career in early childhood education, social work, or psychology
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Clean driving record and background check
Ability to provide active motor vehicle insurance & registration
Ability to provide high school diploma or equivalent
Job Details:
Providing individualized support within the clients' personal home and surrounding community.
Safely transporting the client within your own personal, reliable vehicle.
Following the clients treatment plan outlined and created by the clients family and the case management team.
Basic understanding of smart phone applications, access to email communication, and awareness around processing electronic documents such as daily session notes. Training is available.

Job Overview:
As a Case Manager, you will assist clients in finding services, programs, and resources to help them gain independence and work towards their established goals; while also providing support, advocacy, referral, and assessment services.
Understand each client's diagnosis and recommend services based on individual assessment.
Serve as a liaison between clients and all agencies providing services, programs, and community resources. Obtain all necessary releases to provide or receive information as needed.
