Essential Functions
Oversee the full range of ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination with other providers, and insurance authorization. Ensures all standards of care are followed per state and insurance guidelines.
Provide clinical recommendations regarding treatment intensity, modality, and transition/ exit planning, in collaboration with parents and other stake holders, with the emphasis on delivering developmentally appropriate and socially valid client outcomes.
Evaluate and modify treatment based on the Caravel Quality of Effective Treatment (QET) measure.
Provide training and supervision to all levels of clinical staff to ensure high quality treatment services.
Supervise others with a focus on developing supervisees' independent clinical skills, problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, and fulfillment of certification requirements.
Collaborate with other clinicians and cross functional team members.
Complete all administrative tasks in a timely fashion, including but not limited to generating reports, completing insurance reviews, and completing forms to ensure appropriate funding for client services and staff management.
Requirements

Position Summary:
The Behavioral Health Therapist -Associate is an in-Training therapist that will provide evidence-based treatment to children, adolescents and/or adults with clinical supervision for professional licensure by licensed master's or doctoral level providers. This position may also coordinate care with primary care, other specialty providers, and the other systems in which their patients exist (e.g., schools, families) as needed. The BH Therapist Associate may provide crisis support to GHC-SCW members, including triage and risk assessments, completing safety planning, and determining acuity and appropriate level of care for members seeking behavioral health services.
The BH Therapist Associate will be part of one of our outpatient behavioral health clinics and provide both virtual and in office treatment per department protocols. They will complete documentation in the electronic medical record in a timely manner per department protocols, and chart in a manner that is patient-oriented and professional. The BH Therapist Associate will actively participate in case consultations with their local and broader behavioral health teams and be an active participate in Behavioral Health team and department meetings. They will meet with their clinical supervisor per department protocol and Wisconsin DSPS regulations with an open, receptive manner, and will appropriately receive and use feedback to address all relevant aspects of their treatment as deemed necessary by the clinical supervisor.
JOB SPECIFIC MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of a master's degree from an accredited college or university in a psychotherapy-related field such as Psychology, Social Work, Guidance and Counseling, or Nursing required.
Valid, State of Wisconsin license as an Advanced Practice Social Worker (APSW), LPC-IT, LMFT-IT or above is required. Applicants who demonstrate significant practice and training in mental

Possession of a valid Wisconsin driver license with a good driving record.

We are looking for a therapist to run one of our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) groups. Currently, the groups are from 9:00AM-12:00PM and 5:00PM-7:30PM, Monday through Thursday. If running the evening IOP group, this position would be eligible for a PM shift differential for hours worked after 2 PM.
The IOP groups consist of 2.5-3 hours of group psychotherapy. Part of each session will include psychoeducation around relapse prevention, assertive communication, introductions to CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness, and the disease model of addiction. We have an established co-occurring curriculum complete with handouts, worksheets, and videos, but welcome the creativity and input of our therapists to flex the content each according to the needs of the group members. The IOP groups play a crucial part in early recovery for people with substance use disorders by helping them learn about the disease of addiction, learn how manage their emotions, and improve their relationships. Position Summary
