Conducts intake assessments to gather, analyze, and evaluate psycho-social data according to policy and procedures and in compliance with all state and licensing regulations, I.H.S. standards, Center for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) requirements, and AAAHC standards regarding service delivery and documentation.
Provides mental health counseling to children, adults, couples, and groups. Coordinates care of patients with primary care providers regarding psychotropic medication needs.

Creates case conceptualization based on appropriate diagnosis and best treatment standards, presents the findings at Clinical Case Staff meetings, documents peer feedback and includes feedback into case conceptualization.
Participates in collaborative treatment planning with patients, incorporates treatment goals and objectives into sessions, documentation and updates the plans every 6 months or as needed.
Completes timely documentation of all clinical contacts including crisis, intake/evaluations, diagnoses, tx planning, referrals and outcome measures and reports in a timely manner (within 72 hours of visit).
Participates in creating a positive, supportive team environment.
Evaluates outcome data and the therapeutic relationship to ensure services are delivered in an effective manner
Partners with HR on Lunch and Learns, Community Connections Outreach team and other departments as requested prepare and present materials, training, education and presentations

Participates in crisis and de-escalation training and services for the clinic patients and staff as needed/requested

Salt Lake County also found an 83% improvement in employment status and a 46% reduction in homelessness.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities and Duties
Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
Design treatment plans of care
Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians
Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual
Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians

The successful candidate:
Conducts intake assessments to gather, analyze, and evaluate psycho-social data according to policy and procedures and in compliance with all state and licensing regulations, I.H.S. standards, Center for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) requirements, and AAAHC standards regarding service delivery and documentation.
Provides mental health counseling to children, adults, couples, and groups. May be counseling at the Reservation in Ibapah, UT 1-2 days a month (travel paid for) according to policy and procedures and in compliance with all state and licensing regulations, I.H.S. standards, Center for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) requirements, and AAAHC standards regarding service delivery and documentation.
Coordinates care of patients with primary care providers regarding psychotropic medication needs.
Provides behavioral health interventions related to a variety of needs such as smoking cessation, medication compliance, weight control, etc.
Creates case conceptualization based on appropriate diagnosis and best treatment standards, presents the findings at Clinical Case Staff meetings, documents peer feedback and includes feedback into case conceptualization.
Participates in collaborative treatment planning with patients, incorporates treatment goals and objectives into sessions, documentation and updates the plans every 6 months or as needed.
Completes timely documentation of all clinical contacts including crisis, intake/evaluations, diagnoses, tx planning, referrals and outcome measures and reports in a timely manner (within 72 hours of visit).
Participates in creating a positive, supportive team environment.
Evaluates outcome data and the therapeutic relationship to ensure services are delivered in an effective manner
Partners with HR on Lunch and Learns, Community Connections Outreach team and other departments as requested prepare and present materials, training, education and presentations
Partners with HR Employee Learning and Development Coordinator to assist with the creation of training materials for SCHC employees on topics related to BH.
Participates in crisis and de-escalation training and services for the clinic patients and staff as needed/requested

The Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCT) position with DWS is a unique clinical position. The LCT works in a DWS employment center and follows the philosophy that goal directed activities and employment helps improve a person's mental health. The position is a mixture of clinical work and case management with a continual focus on interventions that assist the customer in increasing their level of functioning and accessing resources.
You would thrive in this position if you:
1) enjoy switching between a variety of job responsibilities and tasks throughout the day;
2) have excellent executive functioning, especially time management, planning, prioritizing, and self-monitoring;
3) possess the ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly to different professional disciplines and audiences; and
4) can work independently, but know when to reach out for support and guidance.
Principal Duties
Principle duties for the Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCT) will be:
* Performing diagnostic evaluations for the purpose of identifying cultural, social, environmental, psychological, behavioral and situational barriers that would restrict the customer's ability to participate in services provided by DWS. This may include evaluations with children, if children's mental health issues are impacting the parent's ability to participate in services.
*Assisting customers access clinical services in the community and monitoring clinical progress in such services.
* Providing group, family and individual therapy, as needed, to Family Employment Program (FEP) customers in an effort to increase the customer's level of functioning as it pertains to active participation in employment or employment-related activities. May also provide clinical case management supportive services statewide.
* Monitoring and documenting customer involvement with negotiated interventions.
* Performing a number of non-clinical case management duties that support other clinicians across the state. These duties may include administering a substance abuse assessment questionnaire via an online chat system; acting as the LCT of the Day via an instant messaging system; posting treatment updates, summaries and reports to customers' electronic case file; and regular monitoring and documenting of customers' progress.
* Consulting with customers, DWS staff, and outside professionals. Consultations require both clinical and general directions regarding customers' barrier resolution. Consultation services will be provided individually or through group staffing.
* Developing specific psychoeducational group presentations on topics such as coping strategies, stress management, anger management, interpersonal relationships, and others, as identified, to customers who are deemed work ready.
* Acting as a liaison between DWS and professional/community providers.
* Providing generalized training for employment center staff regarding the role of the LCT within DWS, how to access LCT services, and what constitutes an appropriate referral.
* Providing training for employment center staff regarding behavioral patterns that may indicate the potential existence of mental health disorders and general mental health information including specific disorders, behavioral indicators, etc.
* Assisting with in-service training for LCT's to meet continuing education requirements.
* May include in-state travel to address the needs of customers and engage in collaboration with DWS internal staff and community partners.
Minimum Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker, Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist at the time of offer.

Caseworker III (Salary Range $26.44 - $39.46) by a Certified Social Worker (CSW), Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC) or Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) with the understanding that the individual agrees to obtain the required full clinical licensure within the time frames established by DWS. Continued employment when underfilled by a CSW, ACMHC, or AMFT is subject to attainment of the full clinical licensure.

We pay as high as $75 an hour, $95,000 yearly salary on a bi-weekly basis! (Depending on state)

Above and Beyond Therapy provides the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children on the autism spectrum. Our highly qualified and personally dedicated BCBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) combine their extensive knowledge and experience with our innovative treatment techniques to improve clients' social, behavioral, and adaptive skills. Above and beyond Therapy BCBAs deliver individually tailored treatment plans with compassion in homes, schools, and our conveniently located state of the art centers.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities and Duties
Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
Design treatment plans of care
Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians
Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual
Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians
Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations
Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries
Job Requirements:
Valid BCBA Certificate
Experience working with Children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
Vehicle required for travel between assignments, and valid driver's license.
