MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Drive revenue ROI by ensuring sales team receives support on RFP/RFIs, client presentations, e-brochures, case studies, and product collateral.

This is a hybrid role based out of Malvern, PA (3 days in office) The Manager, Marketing Analytics leads a specialized team within the Business Insights department, reporting to the Director of Business Insights. This role focuses on delivering data-driven insights and strategies to the Marketing department, enhancing customer acquisition, retention, and overall marketing effectiveness. The Manager collaborates closely with Data Science, IT, and other Business Insights functions to ensure cohesive analytics support for marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Collaboration
* Lead a team dedicated to marketing analytics, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
* Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and analytics teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
* Collaborate with Data Science to apply advanced analytics and predictive models to marketing strategies.
* Work with IT to optimize data infrastructure supporting marketing analytics.
Marketing Performance Analytics
* Develop tactics and metrics to assess the effectiveness of existing marketing, advertising and communications programs
* Oversee the creation of dashboards and reports tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and customer engagement.
* Develop frameworks to measure marketing performance, including ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
* Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights for optimization.
* Support A/B testing and experimental designs to refine marketing tactics.
Strategic Insights and Planning
* Monitor and forecast marketing/sales trends, highlighting opportunities for new initiatives and promotions
* Guide marketing leadership in interpreting data to inform customer-centric strategies.
* Oversee customer segmentation and profiling to enhance targeting and personalization.
* Provide data-driven recommendations for budget allocation across marketing channels.
* Analyze market trends and competitor data to identify opportunities.
Process Development and Governance
* Establish best practices for data governance, ensuring accuracy and consistency in marketing analytics.
* Define and prioritize analytics projects in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Implement standardized processes for reporting and data integration within the Marketing team.
Leadership and Education
* Mentor team members, promoting analytical rigor and continuous improvement.
* Enhance data literacy within the Marketing department through training and tools.
* Act as a thought leader in marketing analytics, driving strategic direction and innovation.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
* Experience: 5+ years in analytics, with at least 3 years in marketing analytics and 2+ years in team management.
* Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
* Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, QlikSense).
* Collaboration with data science teams on predictive modeling.
* Familiarity with SQL and Python for data analysis.
* Understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
* Ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
* Excellent communication skills, strong project management, and a strategic mindset focused on customer engagement.
