The Senior Go To Market (GTM) Program Manager, Federal, creates targeted strategies for key audiences and designs multi-channel programs to deliver on regional business objectives. The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities
1) Strategic Product Marketing
Own product marketing initiatives from concept to completion, overseeing strategy development, execution, and performance measurement with minimal oversight.
Craft product positioning and messaging in the graph database space, translating ArangoDB's key functionalities into clear, differentiating market narratives.
2) Content Creation & Launches
Develop compelling content (blog posts, white papers, case studies, collateral, email campaigns, newsletters) addressing diverse use cases and audiences.
Manage product launches, driving public relations, analyst relations, and associated marketing activities around new features or releases.
3) Collaboration & Enablement
Partner with cross-functional teams-Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing-to ensure alignment on GTM strategies, messaging, and product positioning.
