Key Responsibilities:
· Content Development and Management:
Create, maintain, and update marketing and technical documentation, including product information, internal memos, datasheets, intranet, and website content. Collaborate with product managers and other departments to ensure content accuracy and alignment with company messaging. Implement auditable tracking for versions and obtain necessary approvals.
· Document Control and Version Management:
Organize and manage technical, translation, and marketing documents, maintaining version control, approval processes, and updates to digital platforms. Coordinate and track updates to ensure all content remains current across all platforms.
· Project Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end translation process for multiple projects. Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, set deadlines, and ensure quality expectations are met.
· Digital Marketing Content Creation:
Develop engaging content for social media, website articles, blogs, intranet, and video materials to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Ensure all marketing materials align with the company's brand message and support external communication efforts.
· Cross-Department Collaboration:
Utilize company tools to facilitate seamless communication, promote real-time collaboration, and streamline project management across teams. Actively engage with cross-functional departments to enhance team coordination, ensuring alignment on project goals and timely execution.
· Creative Strategy and Support:
Approach communication challenges with creativity, proposing new ideas and solutions to improve workflows, enhance marketing strategies, and ensure alignment with overall communication goals. Qualifications:
· Education
: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
· Experience:
Three to five years in product marketing or related fields, with hands-on experience in creating and managing marketing and technical content. Experience should include cross-departmental collaboration, driving content initiatives, and supporting marketing campaigns.
· Digital Tools Proficiency:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with company tools like SharePoint, Viva Engage, and Teams to enhance communication, document management, and team collaboration. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop to create and edit visually engaging marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
· Content Creation and Copywriting:
High proficiency in writing clear, concise, and engaging copy for various platforms, including websites, internal communications, and social media, ensuring all content aligns with company messaging. Capable of editing content to improve clarity, effectiveness, and audience engagement.

About the Role:
You'll lead all things digital marketing - from paid media to conversion optimization to reporting. Position Summary
Moody Center is offering a paid internship program for the Summer Semester. We are looking for individuals who want professional level experience and have the initiative, skills and drive to excel. This program will give individuals an opportunity to work alongside professionals in the live entertainment, sports, and venue management industry. This internship will provide experience with Digital Marketing. Interns will gain working knowledge of Digital Marketing in an arena setting. The Digital Marketing Intern will support the Moody Center digital footprint inclusive of social media, website, app, digital assets, email and social media calendar.

Pay: $13.00 / hour
Not to exceed 20 hours per week
Internship Dates: Summer 2025 Semester (June-August)
Location: Moody Center, on UT campus
This position will remain open until May 9, 2025.

Responsibilities
Assist with conceptualizing and curating content to be used to grow the Moody Center database and organic footprint across all digital platforms.
Assist with content creation and scheduling for social media channels to support events, venue, guest services, promotional activity and premium sales goals, etc.
Assist with uploading on all venue digital platforms.
Monitoring sites and engaging in real-time social media activities during event announcements and on sales, event days, etc.
Ensure synergy between Moody Center and University of Texas Athletics for social media, web & email to coordinate efforts.
Capture engaging, behind the scenes content day of event. Create recap summary and video to share with key stakeholders.
Assist with other duties as it relates to the marketing department & the requests by leadership team.
Frequent bending, lifting 15-20 pounds, sitting, exposure to multiple external elements, extensive walking through the building.
Qualifications
Experience in digital marketing
Proven ability to think strategically with a willingness to roll up sleeves and execute on projects.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and work in a team setting

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
