    Pharmaceuticals! Otherwise, much will depend on Congress. If it passes a significant relief bill that supports higher education, it will again be the source of many jobs. Moreover, if some states, such as New York, use state and local government investment as part of their stimulus spending, then those could be the right places. I would also expect to see significant investment in "green jobs" over the coming years at the state and national levels.
