Do you work at MAP Communications?
Does the leadership team provide a clear direction for MAP Communications?
The pros are that an ESOP is provided which give decent retirement opportunities but there is no partial vesting, it is either 100% or 0%
You are treated like a number instead of like a human being. In an average work day everything you do is micromanaged, from what you say to being allowed to take more than a 1 minute bathroom break.
The ESOP
The basic leadership team is great but the further up in leadership the more remote and unavailable they are. It is difficult to receive updates and any information is given last minute when changes are made.
It would be great if there were more incentives (even something simple like a 15 minute break added to one day during a week for hitting the required KPI)
They pay pretty well compared to other similar employment
Diversity and inclusion is not given importance
Nothing that I can think of
After COVID19 hospitalized a couple of employees, management finally let some of the employees telework. They opened all doors as a safety precaution for the pandemic.
This company allows management to oversee employees like a dictatorship where the managers can ignore, belittle, harass and oppress whoever does not agree with them or speaks out about their unfair treatment. There is a bully work culture here and there is nothing you can do about it because the managers and governing board are all on the same side. There is no justice for call agents. You are expected to be on call for 7h53 minutes of your shift and have to ask for approval to use the restroom. It is by far the worst place I have ever worked.
You still have the right to quit, although they would take that away too if they could.
